SHIPPING
The safe arrival of your order is one of our highest priorities. Each order is carefully packed by hand to help protect your pieces throughout their journey to you.
We currently ship domestic orders using the United States Postal Service (USPS) and United Parcel Service (UPS).
SHIPPING RATES
Standard shipping rates are based on your order total. Larger orders of $350 or more are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and delivery destination of your order.

Because our glassware is carefully packed by hand to help ensure it arrives safely, larger orders may require additional packaging to safely accommodate multiple or oversized pieces.
PROCESSING
Orders are typically processed for shipping within 3–4 business days. Processing time is separate from the carrier's estimated transit time.
Orders containing multiple, oversized, or especially fragile pieces may require additional processing time to ensure they are packed appropriately for shipment.
At this time, we do not offer next-day or expedited shipping.
SALES TAX
Sales tax on the merchandise total is charged for items shipped to the following states and US territories: AL*, AR*, AZ*, CA*, CO*, CT*, DC*, FL*, GA*, IA, ID, IL*, IN*, KS*, KY*, LA*, MA, MD*, ME*, MI*, MN*, MO*, MS*, NC*, ND*, NE*, NJ*, NM*, NV*, NY*, OH*, OK, PA*, RI*, SC*, SD*, TN*, TX*, UT, VA*, VT*, WA*, WI*, WV*, WY and Puerto Rico*.
States and U.S. territories marked with an asterisk (*) also collect taxes on shipping and processing charges. All sales are made by Jennifer Birdsong Collective LLC, doing business as (“d/b/a”) J. Bird & Company, and the local sales tax of the delivery destination is applied where required. For orders shipped to Texas locations, all sales are made by Jennifer Birdsong Collective, LLC d/b/a J. Bird & Company, and sales tax is calculated based on the location where the order was received. The local sales tax of the delivery destination is also charged. Orders delivered to California locations are F.O.B. destination point which means title passes in California.
